We send you samples matched to your specification, with full technical documentation.

Step 1 — Tell us what you need

Share your application, product format, target market, volume requirements, and any certification needs.

Step 3 — Quotation and confirmation

Once you are satisfied with the samples we provide a formal quotation including product, packaging, logistics, and lead time.

Step 4 — Coordination and delivery

On order confirmation we coordinate production, export documentation, and shipment from South Africa to your destination.

Step 5 — Ongoing supply

We remain your point of contact for reorders, supply continuity, and any new product requirements.

Certifications & Quality Assurance

Our rooibos and honeybush are sourced from certified South African producers. The following certifications are available through our producer network depending on the specific product and producer:

Organic certification — EU / USDA Organic and equivalent standards available through our certified producer partners. Certification documentation provided per shipment upon request.
Protected Designation of Origin — rooibos is grown exclusively in the Cederberg region of South Africa and carries PDO status under South African law.
Certificate of Analysis — provided per batch on request, covering moisture, particle size, microbiological testing, and pesticide residues.
Phytosanitary Certificate — issued per shipment as required for plant-based products exported from South Africa.
Certificate of Origin — issued per shipment confirming South African origin.

Additional certifications such as Halal, Kosher, Fairtrade, and FSSC 22000 may be available depending on the specific producer and product line.
